How it works
Add your stay
Pick the country, the day you arrived and how long you're allowed to stay. If your visa shows a last day, enter that instead.
Get reminded
Reminders arrive at the time you choose, in the local time of the country you're staying in, so travelling across time zones never moves your deadline.
Move on
When your phone notices you've crossed a border, VisaNudge asks whether you've left. It never ends a stay without asking.
The details that catch people out
- Day one isn't always the day you land
- In China, your stay is counted from the day after you arrive. VisaNudge follows each country's rule where we've checked it, and otherwise assumes the stricter one, so a deadline is never later than it should be.
- Your passport decides how long you can stay
- The rules depend on the passport you showed at the border, not the best one you hold. Add every nationality you have and choose the one you entered with.
- “Enter before” doesn't mean “leave by”
- Visas are full of dates that look like deadlines. Each country has short notes on the ones that confuse people, like entry deadlines and residence permits.
